2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), and the content of your message.
Technical data: data generated automatically during your visit (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) used for security and — subject to your consent — for statistics and marketing.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not target minors.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your request via the contact form — legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the website — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — solely based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers who support us technically:
- The website's hosting and database provider (storage of form submissions).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, only where you have given the relevant consent.
- Our email provider, for communicating with you.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention period
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from the last communication.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Your cookie consent choice: stored locally on your device and reviewed at least every 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
